KAS Eupen mourns the passing of HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, who passed away on 12 July 2026 at the age of 74. Qatar has declared four days of national mourning.

HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the father Emir of Qatar, shared a profound bond with the Eupen region and KAS Eupen. His deep connection to our Club and our region has left an enduring mark over the years.
