Marciano Aziz on loan to UMF Afturelding

KAS Eupen’s 20-year-old young professional Marciano Aziz will be loaned out by KAS Eupen to Icelandic second division club UMF Afturelding for the coming months. Both clubs and the player have agreed on a loan of initially three months until 30 September.

The move to UMF Afturelding is expected to give Marciano Aziz the opportunity to gain further international experience and generate playing time.

Marciano Aziz is a native of Eupen and was formed in the youth department of KAS Eupen. In the 2021-2022 season, the offensive midfielder played on loan at Dutch second division club MVV Maastricht, where he made a total of 20 appearances in the championship and cup.
