Do you still have questions about tickets?
In order to be able to help you more effectively, we ask you to consult our “Frequently Asked Questions” before calling or writing to us. Perhaps you will already find the answer to your question there.

How much cost a one-day-ticket?
It depens, where you would like to sit. Our price range differs from 15€ to 30€ per seat. A standing room costs 12 €. Here you fin all details.
Do you offer discounted prices for children?
Yes. Children till 5 years, that would like to sit on their parent’s lap , receive at the entrance a “lapcard” and get to watch the game for free. They don’t have the claim on an own seat. Children under 16 years pay depending on the choice of the tribune about halfprice. Here you find all our prices.
Do you offer discounted prices for students?
Yes stundents receive a special disount in the standing area (T4). Here you only pay 8€ instead of 12€.
Do you offer discounted prices for children?
From the age of 60, you get a disocunted price for the standing area. Here you only pay 8€ instead of 12€.
Do you offer discounted prices for disabled persons?
For wheelchair users and persons, that need a assistant, the ticket costs 12€. Unil the age of 16 and from the age of 60,as well as for students, the ticket only cost 8€.The assistant gets in for free. We recommand you to order these tickets in advance to avoid waiting time.
Where can I buy tickets?
The best way is to come to our pre-sale to get your ticket on time and to avoid long waiting time at tha cash point. Times and venues of the pre-sale are communicated on our website. Please note that, we can only sell you tickets for matches that are released on our website. All information are listed here.
For spontanious decisions, we recommand you the cash point on matchday at the entry “Schönefelderweg”.
Can I buy tickets online?
Not yet, but we are working on it.
How can I pay?
You can pay cash or by card.
Can my child sit on my lap?
This is possible until your child reaches the age of 6.
Can I buy tickst for a group of people?
During the pre-sale it is necessary to bring your ID-card. Please bring the ID-cards of your friends with you.
On the matchday, there are no restrictions at all.
Where can I ask my questions?
During the week from monday till friday from 10 to 12 a.m. and 2 to 5 p.m. you can reach us under the following number: 087/56.13.77 or you can write an e-mail to ticketing@as-eupen.be.On matchday you can ask at the information desks. They are labeled with a “i”.
When do the matches take place?
The dates of the matches are fixed by the football federaton. We don’t have any influence on them. You find the current match plan here.
Can I give my purchased tickets to someone else?
Yes. But please note, that you can only give a discounted ticket to a person, that stakes a claim to this discount. It is possible to pay the diffrence to the regular ticket on matchday at the service-point. So if you purchased a ticket for a child, you can give it to another child. If you want to give this ticket to an adult, you need to pay the price difference at the service-point.
We want to inform you, that your name is deposited in our system. It is possible that you have to take responsibility for the misuse of the person, that used your ticket.
When does the ticket sale starts?
Once the dates are fixed by the Belgian Football Federation, we are going to communicate the pre-sale dates on time. All current pre-sales are mentionned here.
How can I find my seat?
Your seat is printend on your ticket. If you can not find your seat in the stadion, feel free to ask our stewards.
Which information do I need to give you when I buy a ticket?
If you buy a pre-sale-ticket, we ask you for your ID-card. We do need your full name, address and DOB. On the matchday we do not need this information.
How are my personal information protected?
Your personal informationen are not communicated to any third parts. The only exception is if we get obligated for juristic reasons.
I lost my ticket. Do I get a new one?
Yes, If you have a season ticket. Please visit us in our office (Hütte 79) from monday till friday from 10 to 12 a.m. and 2 to 5 p.m. or come to one of our information desks on the matchday in the stadion. Please bring your ID-card with you. The lost season ticket is going to be canceled and can not be used anymore. For this service we kindly ask a small fee.
What are tickets with a limited view?
Some seats do not always offer a full view over the playing field or occupied seats in front of you might give you a limited view.
Which items am I allowed to bring into the stadion?
In the interests of safety of all spectators at an event, we ask you to accept that some items may not be taken into the stadium:
Weapons and fireworks are, of course, prohibited in the stadium. Anything which can be used as a weapon or missile, such as an umbrella or motorcycle helmet, is likewise prohibited. In short, this includes anything that could jeopardise the safety of spectators. Laser pointers, vuvuzelas and animals should also therefore not be taken.
Flags are permitted if:
- the flagpole is light and mobile;
- the flagpole is hollow inside;
- the flagpole is made of plastic and consists of one piece;
- the flagpole has a maximum length of 2 metres;
- flags have only one flagpole.
Posters and banners may not carry political, racist or commercial messages. Please send a photo to us at info@as-eupen.be a few days before the game so that we can inform you of our decision in advance.
Due to the existing terror warning level 3, the carrying of bags is prohibited in category C games. Bags may be taken to category A and B games, but these will be searched at the entrance. We therefore recommend that you do not bring bags to the stadium. Large bags and backpacks are prohibited at all games.
Please note that we cannot store personal belongings. In the event that we do offer storage, we assume absolutely no liability.
We also ask for your understanding that professional cameras may only be taken into the stadium by representatives of the press.
Finally, no drinks or food may be brought into the stadium. An exception to this is milk or baby food for our youngest fans. However, pushchairs may not be brought into the stadium.
When am I not allowed to enter the stadion?
Persons with a stadion ban are not allowed to enter the stadion. In all Belgian stadion the entry of the stadion under a stron influence of alcohol and drugs is forbidden. We are also allowed to refuse the enry of a person that has intentions to disturb the public peace or provoque riots . The price of the ticket is not going to be refunded in this cases.
Do I get medical help in the stadion?
Yes. The red cross is present during the whole game to help you. In an emergency case, please ask the stewards to inform the red cross.
Am I allowed to film and to take pictures in the stadion?
Only for private use, you are allowed to film short videos (until 1 minute) or to take until 10 photos with a hobby camera or smorthphone. This records are not allowed to be published.
How can I enter the stadion? Which entry do I need to take?
If you own a ticket fot the tribunes T1, T1bis T3 oder T4 please use the entry “Schönefelderweg”. The away fans need to take the entry “Kehrweg” to access to the tribune T2. The law obliges us to seperate the fans. That’s the only way to guartantee your safety.
Where can I park my car?
On all free parking sites.However the area around the stadion do not offer enough car parks. That’s why we recommand you to park your car abit further around the stadion and go for a little walk.
How can I enter the stadion with a wheelchair?
You get from us a parking ticket to park as close as possible to the stadion. Unfortunately all parking spots for disabled people around the stadion are alread occupied. At the Kehrwe, we do have 3 free parking spaces, that you can use. If these three are also occupied, we kindly ask you for your understanding.
Where can I buy merchandise products?
In our fanshop. Our fanshop is located below the tribune 3. Unfortunately, you can not reach the fanshop from tribune 1. You are invited to send an mail to fanshop@as-eupen.be. Then we deliver your wish-list to you. Here you find an overview of our product catalog.
Can I go in the business area after the match?
Unfortunately our business area is sold out for the whole season. But If there is space, you can buy a day-ticket for 10€. Please understand, that we can not enter someone, if the lounge is too crowded. Feel free to grab a drink in the Penalty.
When can I enter the stadion?
The stadion openes 1 1/2 hours before the beginning of the match. On matchdays with a high risk (level C) the stadion already opens 2 hours before the beginning of the match.
I lost something in the stadion. What can I do?
