How much cost a daily ticket?
It depends on where you want to sit. Prices range from €15 to €30 for a seat. The standing ticket costs 15€. HERE you can find all the details.
How much does a season ticket or FlexiTicket cost?
For a season ticket category adult on the T2 for 103 € up to the T3 for 346 €, everything is there. A FlexiTicket is cheaper, but valid for 9 home games of your choice.

Can I choose where I want to sit?
Yes, no problem. Either in our TICKET-ONLINESHOP or during the stationary advance booking. Just tell one of our staff at the counter and you can choose your seat.Of couse. Just tell us where you would like to sit or stand during your reservation.
Do you offer discounted prices for children?
Yes. Children till 4 years, that would like to sit on their parent’s lap , receive at the entrance a “lapcard” and get to watch the game for free. They don’t have the claim on an own seat. Children under 12 years pay depending on the choice of the tribune about halfprice. Here you find all our prices.
Do you offer discounted prices for students?
Yes, there is a discount. This applies to the entire grandstand 2, in the seating as well as the standing area. The ticket costs 11€ there.
Is there a discount for young people between 12 and 21?
Yes, we have been offering the junior ticket since this season. This is valid for the entire grandstand 2, in the seating area as well as in the standing area. The ticket costs €11 there. A season ticket is available from €114, the FlexiTicket from €67 per person.
Is there a discount for pensioners?
From the age of 65, we offer particularly favourable standing and seating prices on stands 2 and 3. The price for a day ticket starts at 11€.
Discounted season tickets are also available for all persons who are entitled to this discount.
Do you offer discounted prices for disabled persons?
For wheelchair users and people who cannot manage without an accompanying person, the ticket costs 15€. Up to the age of 11, the ticket costs only 10€. Young people (12-21 years inclusive), as well as students and Plus65 pay 11€. The accompanying person is free. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
Where can I buy tickets?
It is best to use the pre-sale or our TICKET-ONLINESHOP and secure your ticket in good time. This will save you waiting time at the box office. You can find the times and location of the pre-sale HERE. Please note that tickets can only be purchased for the matches listed on the homepage. For those who decide at short notice, there are the box offices, but they are currently closed due to Corona.
Can I buy tickets online?
Yes, you can also buy your tickets online in our TICKET-ONLINESHOP.
Simply create a user account there and you’re ready to go. You will find further important information on the homepage of our shop.
How can I pay?
During our pre-sale and at the box office with cash and EC card.
In our TICKET-ONLINESHOP it is possible to pay with Bancontact, credit card, iDeal or Sofort-Überweisung. Please do not leave the payment page open for too long, otherwise technical problems may occur.
Can my child sit on my lap?
This is possible until your child reaches the age of 4.
Can I buy tickst for a group of people?
As a rule, identity cards must be presented at the advance sales. We require one ID per ticket for persons aged 12 and over. Please bring your friends’ passports with you. A photo via “Whats-App” or a printed copy on paper is sufficient.

Where can I ask my questions?
During the week, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm on 087/ 56 13 77. You can also send us an e-mail at email@example.com. On match days, you can ask at the information desks (Service Point). These are marked with an “I”.
When do the matches take place?
The dates of the matches are fixed by the football federaton. We don’t have any influence on them.
Can I return my purchased tickets?
Unfortunately not. The tickets are excluded from exchange.
Can I give my purchased tickets to someone else?
Yes, but please note that a discounted ticket can only be given to a person who is also entitled to this reduction. However, it is possible to pay the difference to a regular ticket at the Service Point on the day of the match. If you have purchased a ticket for a child, for example, you can pass the ticket on to another child without any problems. If you have given the ticket to an adult, you only have to pay the difference at the Service Point and can watch our team.
However, we would like to point out that your name is on file with us. You may then be liable for any misuse by the person to whom you have given the ticket.
When does the ticket sale starts?
Once the dates are fixed by the Belgian Football Federation, we are going to communicate the pre-sale dates on time. All current pre-sales are mentionned HERE.
How can I find my seat?
Your seat is printend on your ticket. If you can not find your seat in the stadion, feel free to ask our stewards.
Which information do I need to give you when I buy a ticket?
If you buy your ticket in advance, you must show your identity card. We will take down your name, address and date of birth. We are obliged to record this information.
How are my personal information protected?
Your personal informationen are not communicated to any third parts. The only exception is if we get obligated for juristic reasons.
I lost my ticket. Do I get a new one?
It is generally possible to obtain a replacement ticket if you have purchased a season ticket. Please contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered this. Either by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, in our office, Hütte 79, 4700 Eupen from Monday to Friday from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 17. Please bring a photo ID with you. Your old season ticket will be blocked and can no longer be used. However, we do charge a small fee of 10€ for this service, except if your season ticket has been stolen. In this case we only need a copy of the police report.
If you have lost your day ticket, you can also contact us and we will find a solution together.
What are tickets with a limited view?
Some seats do not always offer a full view over the playing field or occupied seats in front of you might give you a limited view.
Which items am I allowed to bring into the stadion?
In the interests of safety of all spectators at an event, we ask you to accept that some items may not be taken into the stadium:
Weapons and fireworks are, of course, prohibited in the stadium. Anything which can be used as a weapon or missile, such as an umbrella or motorcycle helmet, is likewise prohibited. In short, this includes anything that could jeopardise the safety of spectators. Laser pointers, vuvuzelas and animals should also therefore not be taken.
Flags are permitted if:
- the flagpole is light and mobile;
- the flagpole is hollow inside;
- the flagpole is made of plastic and consists of one piece;
- the flagpole has a maximum length of 2 metres;
- flags have only one flagpole.
Posters and banners may not carry political, racist or commercial messages. Please send a photo to us at email@example.com a few days before the game so that we can inform you of our decision in advance.
Due to the existing terror warning level 3, the carrying of bags is prohibited in category C games. Bags may be taken to category A and B games, but these will be searched at the entrance. We therefore recommend that you do not bring bags to the stadium. Large bags and backpacks are prohibited at all games.
Please note that we cannot store personal belongings. In the event that we do offer storage, we assume absolutely no liability.
We also ask for your understanding that professional cameras may only be taken into the stadium by representatives of the press.
Finally, no drinks or food may be brought into the stadium. An exception to this is milk or baby food for our youngest fans. However, pushchairs may not be brought into the stadium.

When am I not allowed to enter the stadion?
Persons with a stadion ban are not allowed to enter the stadion. In all Belgian stadion the entry of the stadion under a stron influence of alcohol and drugs is forbidden. We are also allowed to refuse the enry of a person that has intentions to disturb the public peace or provoque riots . The price of the ticket is not going to be refunded in this cases.
Do I get medical help in the stadion?
Yes. The red cross is present during the whole game to help you. In an emergency case, please ask the stewards to inform the red cross.
Am I allowed to film and to take pictures in the stadion?
Only for private use, you are allowed to film short videos (until 1 minute) or to take until 10 photos with a hobby camera or smorthphone. This records are not allowed to be published.
Am I allowed to smoke in the stadion?
No, the general smoking ban applies in the stadium.
How can I enter the stadion? Which entry do I need to take?
From now on, admission to the stadium for all home supporters’ stands (T1, T1bis, T2 and T3) will be via the entrances on the Kehrweg to the right (entrance 2) and left (entrance 3) of stand T2. Guests in stands T1 and T1bis are requested to use entrance 1. Additional ticket counters are available on the stadium forecourt. The Schönefeld entrance is closed. The side strips of the Frankendelle will also be available to AS fans for parking during the security level C matches. From now on, the Café Penalty can be reached and used by visitors from all stand areas before and especially after the match as a meeting point for all KAS fans.
GUEST ACCESS VIA THE UPPER SWEEPING PATH
From 21 October 2017, fans of visiting teams will reach the KAS Eupen stadium via the upper Kehrweg. The guest entrance is located opposite the BRF radio building. At the lower end of the artificial turf pitch and on both sides of the upper Kehrweg, up to 17 parking spaces will be available for visiting fans’ buses during matches at security level C (combined bus ticket and admission to the stadium).
Access to the new T4B visitors’ stand is via a newly created path along the artificial turf pitch to the ticket office between the artificial turf pitch and the B pitch of KAS Eupen. This corresponds to entrance 4.

Where can I park my car?
In all free parking spaces. However, there are not enough parking spaces, so we advise you to park widely around the stadium and walk the rest or generally use public transport. There are some free parking spaces in the Frankendelle.
How can I enter the stadion with a wheelchair?
Via the main entrance E1.
There are 8 disabled parking spaces in the Frankendelle. We check that these spaces are only used by authorised persons, but cannot guarantee that spaces are free. If these are already occupied, then we ask for your understanding.
Where can I buy merchandise products?
There are different ways to do this, and you have to differentiate between whether you want to purchase items on match days or in general.
If you would like to purchase fan merchandise in general, even outside of match days, we recommend our TopFanz online fan shop. There you can buy various KAS Eupen fan articles and also have them printed.
If you would like to purchase items during the match day, you must be in possession of a match ticket. We currently have three points of sale. The large fan shop is located at the back of stand 3, there is also a selection of items in the Penalty and in our business area (T1).
IMPORTANT: The fan shop under T3 is not accessible to T1 customers. However, T1 customers can purchase fan merchandise in the KAS Lounge.
Can I go in the business area after the match?
For an entrance fee of 10€, each guest will receive access to the business area, subject to availability, of course. Please understand that we cannot let anyone in if it is too crowded.
However, our staff in the Penalty are also happy about your visit, we do not charge an entrance fee there.
When can I enter the stadion?
The stadium always opens at least 1.5 hours before the start of the match.
For security category A and B matches, the gates open 1.5 hours before kick-off. For category C matches, we open the stadium 2 hours before kick-off.
