
KAS Eupen signs center forward Daniel Kasper
KAS Eupen has signed German striker Daniel Kasper for the next two years. The 23-year-old is transferring from Greuther Fürth to the Pandas and has signed a contract in Eupen until June 30, 2027. With 18 goals in 21 appearances, he was the top scorer in the Bavarian Regional League last season.
Daniel Kasper was born on June 23, 2002, and trained in the youth department of Darmstadt 98. From 2021 to 2024, he played for Wormatia Worms. As a young talent, he scored 29 goals and provided 13 assists in 80 appearances for the Palatinate club in the Oberliga and Regionalliga.
In 2024, he moved to Greuther Fürth’s U23 team. In the Bavarian Regional League, he confirmed his qualities as a goal scorer and became the league’s top scorer with 18 goals in 21 games. At the end of the season, he made the leap to Greuther’s first team and made three appearances in the 2nd Bundesliga.
Throughout his career to date, Daniel Kasper has proven himself to be an accurate center forward with a strong presence in the penalty area, a keen goal-scoring instinct, and an excellent scoring rate. At 6’2″, he is strong in the air and a tireless fighter. With his move to KAS Eupen, he wants to take the next step in his career and now prove his qualities in the Challenger Pro League.
