Goalkeeper Marco Hiller joins KAS Eupen from 1860 Munich

KAS Eupen has signed German goalkeeper Marco Hiller. The 28-year-old is transferring from 1860 Munich (3rd Bundesliga) to the Pandas and has signed a two-year contract with KAS Eupen until June 30, 2027.

Marco Hiller was born on February 20, 1997, and trained at 1860 Munich. He has spent his entire career with the Lions, from the youth department to the U23 team. Since the 2017-2018 season, he has been a reliable regular goalkeeper for TSV 1860 Munich, playing in 260 games, first in the Regionalliga and, since the club’s promotion in 2018, in the 3rd Bundesliga. Marco Hiller has always been one of the best goalkeepers in his league and was an absolute fan favorite in Munich. He played his last game for the Munich Lions just under two months ago on May 17, 2025, in a 1-1 draw against Erzgebirge Aue. Marco Hiller is looking for a new challenge in the Challenger Pro League with KAS Eupen.

The new signing for KAS Eupen has excellent reflexes and reactions. With his experience, mental strength, and commitment, he was always a reliable support for his defense and will significantly strengthen the KAS Eupen goalkeeping team.

KAS Eupen is delighted that Marco Hiller has decided to join the Pandas and wishes him every success in this new stage of his career.
