Three KAS Eupen players in action for their national team

Three KAS Eupen players have been appointed to the national teams of Benin, Iran and Cameroon (U23).

Omid Ebrahimi was nominated by Iran coach Marc Wilmots for the World Cup qualifiers against Cambodia on 10 October and in Bahrain on 15 October.

As of today, Olivier Verdon will be in Porto-Novo, preparing with Benin’s national team for the international match against Guinea Bissau on 13 October.

Pierre Ramses Akono will take part in a preparatory course with the Cameroon U23 team in Yaoundé from 7 to 15 October for the upcoming U23 Africa Championship in Egypt. Cameroon is expected to take part in some test matches during the course.

Due to the international break, there will be no Pro League matches next weekend, 12 and 13 October. KAS Eupen will play their next match on Saturday, 19 October at KV Oostende.
