Covid Safe Ticket (CST)

From Monday, 07.03.2022, the “Code Yellow” of the Corona Barometer will apply.

More information will follow soon.

ATTENTION: We work with the Covid Safe Ticket (CST) for our home matches. This means that all persons aged 12 and over are required to provide proof of this via an official QR code in the Covid Safe app or on a piece of paper.

What is the Covid Safe Ticket?

The Covid Safe Ticket can be proof of a complete vaccination (both vaccinations plus 2 weeks from BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca or 4 weeks after vaccination from Johnson&Johnson), a recovery (not older than 150 days), a PCR test (time of test + 72hrs) or an antigen test/rapid test (time of test + 24hrs). It is valid for 270 days in the case of a basic vaccination and indefinitely in the case of a booster vaccination.

What is the procedure for an event using the CST?

Before entering the stadium, everyone’s Covid Safe Ticket is digitally checked by scanning the QR code and matching the ID card. If everything is in order, you will be allowed to go to the admission control, where your season ticket or day ticket (on your smartphone or printed out) will be checked for validity and the personal check will take place selectively.

Is it compulsory to wear a mask in the stadium?

No, wearing a mask is no longer compulsory, but is recommended. The consumption of food and drinks in the entire stadium is also permitted again.

Can I come when I want?

We will continue to work with time slots to keep queuing outside the stadium to a minimum. Please arrive on time.

The stadium opens 1.5 hours before kick-off and access between the 90th and 70th minute before kick-off is possible for EVERYONE.

Otherwise, the following time slots apply:

Time-Slot 1 70-55 minutes before kick-off
Time-Slot 2 55-40 minutes before kick-off
Time-Slot 3 40-25 minutes before kick-off
Time-Slot 4 25-10 minutes before kick-off

Helpful Information:

  1. Every person wishing to enter the stadium must be in possession of a ticket. For our youngest fans from 0 to 4 years old, we will distribute so-called lap tickets at the entrances. These do not entitle the children to a seat, but they may sit on the lap of the accompanying person free of charge.
  2. If you have booked one or more tickets with a discount, please have the corresponding proof ready at the entrance so that there are no delays at the control. This applies to all reductions!
  3. For information on the exact opening of the stadium and changes due to match days, please visit our website: as-eupen.be.
  4. Handbags up to the size of an A4 sheet are allowed at all matches. In general, backpacks and large bags are prohibited at all home matches, see our stadium regulations at: https://www.as-eupen.be/stadion/stadionordnung/.
  5. Cashless payment in the stadium is only permitted with the KAS Paycard. The KAS Eupen season tickets for the 2021-2022 season are also the KASPaycard. If possible, the cards should be loaded with credit in advance. Information on this is available at: https://www.as-eupen.be/stadion/cashless/ . Day ticket customers have the option of purchasing a KASPaycard at the stadium for a deposit of €2 per ticket. The cards are offered at several issue stations and are then permanently valid and can be used at every match.
  6. Drinks and snacks can be ordered and paid for via the “Jupiler (official)” app (free download in the Google Play Store or App Store) in combination with the KASPaycard (offer not valid for the standing area). Afterwards, the ordered drinks and snacks will be brought to the seat. Hot food can only be ordered at the bar.
